Just like your favorite drink, this Blueberry Mango Smoothie Bowl is healthy, easy to make and super delicious! Added bonus that it's also vegan, gluten free and dairy free!
This smoothie bowl is almost too pretty eat. The key word is almost, because I downed this baby in minutes.
This delicious smoothie bowl makes an easy to make, healthy breakfast or snack. There's something about enjoying the smoothie in a bowl rather than drinking it that makes me happy.
If you are looking for some more healthy smoothie recipes, you will love this Coconut Quinoa Smoothie, Cherry Lime Smoothie Bowl, Blueberry Lavender Smoothie and definitely this Strawberry Watermelon Smoothie.
All of these would be even more yummy with some Low Carb Bulletproof Hot Chocolate, Apple Chai Latte and definitely some Spiked Apple Cider!
Why You Should Make This Blueberry Mango Smoothie Bowl
The blueberries add such a pretty color (along with vitamins and antioxidants). I added cacao nibs, which add some more antioxidants and a wonderful crunchy texture, chia seeds and hemp seeds both which add more antioxidants, protein and fiber and of course some delicious fruit.
This is a bowl of deliciousness that will start your day off perfectly. Added bonus that it takes minutes to prepare and you can use frozen fruit as well.
Go ahead and use whatever fruit you want, but the combination of mango/blueberries/banana is amazing! I only put ½ cup spinach in there so that the color would still be pretty, but you can definitely add more.
My kids always get turned off if the smoothie is that brown- greenish color, even if it tastes delicious. This is a beautiful purple color that even picky kids will love.
