No bake, simple to prepare and made with wholesome ingredients, these little No Bake Apple Pie Bites will be your favorite, healthy snack! These are vegan, gluten free and dairy free too.
No Bake Apple Pie Bites
I am on the never-ending quest for new, healthy snacks. Trying new recipes is good for kids and helps them not to get bored.
Now don't get me wrong, my Peanut Butter Oat Flax Bites will always be my number 1, but I love to test out new, seasonal flavors. And let's be honest, no bake, one bowl snacks are the BEST.
I've made these a few times, one with fresh apples and the others with dried apples. The thing about the fresh apples is they can turn brown and my picky kids weren't having it.
If you are looking for so more no bake treats, you will love this Pumpkin Mousse, Salted Caramel Chocolate Bars, Berry Cheesecake Bars and definitely these Coconut Fudge Bars!
All of these would be even more yummy with some Low Carb Bulletproof Hot Chocolate, Apple Chai Latte and definitely some Spiked Apple Cider!
Recipe Tips
These are the perfect little bite sized snacks. I love to send them in with my kids for snack time too.
Note: They can get a little soft if not refrigerated. My youngest was not digging the mushy apple pie bites in his lunch box. Lesson learned.
These Apple Pie Bites definitely taste best right out of the refrigerator and hardened up a bit. I tried to freeze some and they were delicious, you just have to make sure you use an airtight container.
Please close the container all the way. I learned the hard way.

Just made these and the kids loved them. The first batch was instantly gone and they begged me to make them again for their lunches.

I used dried cinnamon apples, and loved the chewiness. Next time I'll try using fresh apple and see how we like that. Easy and tasty!

I had some apple juice in the fridge, so I used that in place of the water. So easy, and so tasty! Next time I might try them with a few chopped nuts.
