Another delicious recipe from a fellow blogger and I am super excited about these bars! I love sharing and making healthy snacks for my kids and these will be the perfect after school snack.

If you are looking for some other healthy snack recipes, you will love these No Bake Cranberry Almond Balls, Crispy Mint Chocolate Chip Balls, Low Carb Cheesy Almond Flour Crackers and No Bake Coconut Almond Bites!

These bars would be extra delicious with some Apple Chai Latte, Eggnog Latte, Low Carb Bulletproof Hot Chocolate or even some Spiked Apple Cider!

Also, my cookbooks are both on sale now and would make a great gift! The Everything Wheat Free Diet Cookbook and The Greek Yogurt Cookbook are both the lowest prices I have seen!

Hello everyone! My name is Meriem and I will be subbing for Lauren today. As you may have already heard, Lauren had to have emergency surgery a few weeks ago and is currently on the road to recovery.

While she gets her rest, a group of us food bloggers will be taking turns to keep her blog up and running!

I am very excited to be sharing this recipe with you all today and I'll tell you why. Recently, I discovered the amazing creation known as Larabars and I have literally been obsessed.

Unfortunately, while these bars may be sent from heaven, money isn’t coming down with them and they have been putting a hole in my wallet!

Why You Should Make These Homemade Apple Pie Lara Bars

One of the reasons why I love Larabars is also one of the reasons why I can recreate them so easily- -minimal ingredients! I can pronounce everything on the list on their wrapper AND I don't even have to go out of my way to buy any of them!

There are six simple ingredients in these bars: dates, raisins, dried apples, almonds, walnuts, and cinnamon. It takes all of five minutes to whip them up and the results are truly phenomenal! I don't think I'll ever spend money on another Larabar ever again!

Hi Meriem. So nice to meet you. Thanks for filling for our lovely Lauren today. So glad she has friends like you looking out for her. I heart her so it makes my heart happy to see people taking over for her while she's dealing with her health.

These bars are so flipping amazing. I've never made lara bars myself before. I love that you added apple to them. I also really love the idea that these are not only healthy but gorgeous too. Your presentation in the photos is spectacular.

I adore homemade larabars in any form. I especially love recipes with minimal ingredients! We're nut free, but I will be trying these with my usual seed substitutes! Thanks for helping sweet Lauren, Miriem!
