    Ginger Teriyaki Filet

My family absolutely loves steaks, especially this Ginger Teriyaki Filet recipe. Loaded with protein and flavor and low in carbs, what's not to love?

Looking for more easy dinner recipes? You will love these Crock Pot Steak Fajitas, Easy Balsamic Chicken, Buffalo Chicken Meatballs and definitely this Stuffed Eggplant with Chicken and Mozzarella.

All of these would be even more yummy with some Low Carb Bulletproof Hot Chocolate, Apple Chai Latte, Eggnog Latte and definitely some Spiked Apple Cider!

Also, my cookbooks are both on sale now and would make a great gift! The Everything Wheat Free Diet Cookbook and The Greek Yogurt Cookbook are both the lowest prices I have seen!

Making This Ginger Teriyaki Filet in My Dream Kitchen

I often day dream of my idea of the perfect kitchen.  I know exactly what it looks like and let's be honest, I have been dreaming about it for years.

Since I love to cook, I know it will be large and spacious with awesome professional quality appliances.  It will be bright and I will enjoy cooking all types of dishes for my family.

This day dream inspired me to create this Ginger Teriyaki Filet, on my new gas range in my absolutely gorgeous dream kitchen.

This Asian inspired dish pairs perfectly with steamed or roasted vegetables, brown rice or quinoa.  The marinade can also be used on a variety of meats such as chicken, pork and other cuts of beef.

Trust me, it's THAT good that you will want to make it over and over again. And if you are like me you will make this so much that you won't even need to look at the recipe anymore, you will easily memorize it.

I like simple recipes, especially when it comes to meat. Since I don't eat it myself, I don't want to spend a lot of time making it.

That does NOT make me selfish.  I know plenty of people who wouldn't even make meat because they don't even want to touch it!

And let's be honest, I don't want to spend a lot of time on any recipe, I don't care how delicious it is.

    Recipe Tips

I paired these ginger teriyaki filets with my easy roasted brussels sprouts because, well, because they are seriously delicious and I love them.  I could eat the entire tray, but again, I am not selfish and I like to share.

    Most of the time.

I also like to serve this with simple sautéed garlic spinach and maybe some quinoa. Simple is best for side dishes to accompany this filet because it is loaded with flavor.

Besides being ridiculously delicious, this recipe can be whipped up in no time, which makes this a perfect dish for entertaining.  You don't want to spend all of your time cooking while your guests are enjoying themselves, mingling and enjoying some cocktails.

What I love about this recipe besides the fact that it takes no time to prepare, it only requires just a few, basic ingredients that you most likely already have in your house.

My family eats a lot so I typically triple this recipe. And there are rarely leftovers.

Also a salad like this Green Goddess Salad or this Apple Pecan Bacon Salad would both be incredible along side this filet.

Just imagine the wonderful aromas given off by this dish while sitting in your dream kitchen which, by the way, I hope you get soon. I love my Frigidaire refridgerator and gas range too.
