No Bake Almond Butter Balls are easy to make with just 6 simple ingredients. These make a delicious on-the-go breakfast or snack and are perfect for meal prep day!
These are my favorite, easy, go-to snack. Who doesn't love a good no bake recipe? They literally take 5 minutes to make and I just keep them in the refrigerator. I've made these with peanut butter (you can see my Peanut Butter Oat Flax Bites), cashew butter, sunflower seed butter, cranberries, diced nuts...the possibilities are endless. But I love the taste of almond butter. These are perfect for pre or post-workout, afternoon snack or treat for your kids' lunch boxes. I almost consider them like a cookie or dessert, they are delicious. But unlike other cookie recipes, these are quick and easy to make.
No Bake Almond Butter Flax Balls
Ingredients
- 1 cup dry old-fashioned oats (can use gluten-free)
- ยผ cup dark chocolate chips can use dairy-free
- ยฝ cup natural almond butter
- ยฝ cup ground flaxseed
- โ cup raw honey
- 1 teaspoon organic vanilla
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Roll into 1 inch balls and place in air tight container in the refrigerator until ready to eat.
