This delicious Healthy breakfast Bowl is packed with protein, fiber and tons of flavor. You want to eat something healthy that helps keep you full, but there are so many options.

Healthy Breakfast Bowl from Lauren Kelly Nutrition.

This conversation is sponsored by Silk. The opinions and text are all mine.

Are you always wondering what to eat for breakfast? I love filling a bowl of nutritious, wholesome ingredients that help keep me full for hours. Wait until you see what's in MY breakfast bowl!

If you are looking for some more healthy breakfast recipes, you will love these Low Carb Coconut Flour Pancakes, Carrot Cake Breakfast Cookies, Almond Flour Chocolate Chip Muffins and definitely my Chocolate Zucchini Bread!

All of these would be even more yummy with some Low Carb Bulletproof Hot Chocolate, Apple Chai Latte and definitely some Spiked Apple Cider!

Why You Should Make This Healthy Breakfast Bowl

I have always said I wish restaurants would offer "breakfast samplers" where you can order a small portion of everything. I am sure some restaurants that I have never heard of offer this, but I have never been fortunate enough to have seen it.

Honestly, I go through stages where I can eat the same thing for breakfast for a week or two straight and then I get sick of it and look for something different.

That's where this beautiful breakfast bowl comes in. It's a delicious way to mix up your breakfast routine.

I love this breakfast bowl because it is filled with protein, healthy omega fatty acids, fiber, vitamins and nutrients.  It's a bowl of super foods!

I love eating as many vitamins, minerals and nutrients in my breakfast to make sure that I am getting them in. Some days get so busy that I can not put as much focus on my diet as I'd like.

I think we can all relate to that. Especially if you are a working parent.

I also tell my clients (and friends and family) that should always practice mindful eating. I realize most nutritionists will tell you that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, which is definitely true, but I always want you to listen to your body first, not just eat because you think you are supposed to.

So if you wake up one morning and you are not hungry, then wait to eat when you start getting hungry. If you wake up ravenously starving another morning, then fuel your bodies and eat something healthy.

I love the idea of quinoa in a breakfast bowl! Protein and fiber. 🙂 I'll have to pick up some Silk and give this a try. (It even looks easy to prepare ahead of time for the whole week).
