Are you always wondering what to eat for breakfast? You want to eat something healthy that helps keep you full, but there are so many options. Wait until you see what’s in MY breakfast bowl!
I was so excited to try Silk’s new Dairy-Free Yogurt Alternative! I have many clients who have a dairy allergy, looking to limit dairy or vegan and this showed up at the perfect time! I couldn’t believe how delicious it was. It was creamy, smooth and free of any artificial colors, flavors or sweeteners. I was given black cherry and pineapple (two of my faves) and loved them both. People ask me all the time what I eat for breakfast. They are looking for something heathy but that will help keep them full (unlike processed carbs).
I love this breakfast bowl because it is filled with protein, healthy omega fatty acids, fiber, vitamins and nutrients. It’s a bowl of super foods!
Breakfast Bowl Ideas
- 1 container of Silk Dairy Free Yogurt Alternative I used black cherry flavor
- 1/4 cup cooked quinoa
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 3 tablespoons pomegranate seeds
- 1 tablespoon sliced almonds
- 1/4 cup sliced kiwi
Mix together as you like and enjoy!
Silk Dairy-Free Yogurt Alternative is also vegan, non-GMO, gluten-free and carrageenan-free! Carrageenan is a common additive used in many products as a thickener but it has been shown to cause inflammation, skin rashes and digestive problems. I do not buy any products that contain carrageenan. Silk also contains 6 grams of protein per serving (protein helps keep you full!) And how gorgeous is this breakfast bowl?? I know, it’s only food, but I like pretty things.
And did you see the cute spoon?? I don’t know what I am in love with more…the breakfast bowl or the spoon.
