Why You Should Make These Air Fryer Chocolate Chip Cookies

They are great for small batches, late night cravings, or quick treats made with simple gluten free ingredients. This method creates consistent texture and makes gluten free baking easier for anyone wanting a quick homemade dessert.

These are gluten free, very low in sugar and less than 100 calories each. These air fryer chocolate chip cookies are decadent and indulgent while also maintaining your healthy lifestyle.

    Recipe Ingredients

    • Butter - Use 100% grass fed, organic unsalted butter which just plain old tastes better!
    • Monk fruit - (Or sugar, sugar alternative of your choice) but I used the granular form of Monk Fruit for this recipe. The brand I use all the time is this one.
    • Brown sugar alternative - This is a sugar free alternative to brown sugar and is so useful in baking sweet treats. This one is vegan, gluten free and contains no artificial sweeteners.
    • Egg - Use cage free, organic eggs for extra nutrients and nutrition.
    • Pure vanilla extract -  I use pure vanilla extract which doesn't contain any artificial flavors or additives, it's just pure vanilla made from alcohol. I use this one.
    • Baking soda - I use a GMO-FREE, aluminum free like this baking soda in all of my baked goods.
    • Gluten free all purpose flour - This gluten free all purpose flour is so versatile and can be substituted for equal amounts of regular all purpose flour.
    • Sugar free chocolate chips - Lily's chocolate chips are sugar free and sweetened only with stevia and erythritol.
