Ok, so let’s just say I should get an A for effort.
Cute right? I saw somewhere on the internet that someone made quesadillas out of spinach wraps for St. Patty’ Day. I bought spinach wraps and I already had my shamrock cookie cutter so how hard could it be? Well, my cookie cutters were not that sharp and it took me a half hour to make 4 of them! Oh well. They COULD be super easy. Here’s what you do: cut out shamrocks from spinach wraps, place a little shredded cheese on one side, microwave for 10 seconds, place other shamrock on the top and place in skillet to harden. Voila! My kids were even happy with green regular quesadillas. Let me know your fun foods you make for this day.
You should definitely get an A for effort. The shamrocks are very cute! This reminds me of the cookie cutter pizzas I made. They were adorable but took forever (also partly because of dull cookie cutters).
Thanks so much!! 🙂
definitely A+ 🙂 Have a wonderful day!
Thanks so much Isabelle!
It did take a tad longer than I would’ve liked, but I rather enjoyed making them this afternoon for a Pre- game appetizer before we left for our son’s soccer game. My 9 & 5 year olds loved them! I think they are A-dorable. Thanks or sharing.
I am so glad they were a hit! Thanks for stopping by 🙂
I would love to win this to give to my mom. She ia a paraplegic, and diabetic that was just put on kidney dialysis and need to watch her intake very closely. I believe this would help her tremendously 🙂 Caring is Sharing 🙂
