One of my favorite super foods, today I am sharing over 30 healthy and delicious chia seed recipes from my talented food blogger friends (and a few from yours truly)!
Aahhhhhhh, it’s about time I made a post with a bunch of recipes with my beloved chia seeds in them. Chia seeds are packed with protein, fiber, antioxidants and omega-3-fatty acids (healthy fats). There’s a ton of nutrition in those little seeds and now it’s time to get creative with them.
I mean, sure they taste delicious on top of smoothies, oatmeal and salads, but now it’s time to think outside the box and mix things up a bit.
