    One of my favorite super foods, today I am sharing over 30 healthy and delicious chia seed recipes from my talented food blogger friends (and a few from yours truly)!

    Over 30 Creative Chia Seed Recipes from Lauren Kelly Nutrition

    Aahhhhhhh, it's about time I made a post with a bunch of recipes with my beloved chia seeds in them.   Chia seeds are packed with protein, fiber, antioxidants and omega-3-fatty acids (healthy fats).  There's a ton of nutrition in those little seeds and now it's time to get creative with them.

    I mean, sure they taste delicious on top of smoothies, oatmeal and salads, but now it's time to think outside the box and mix things up a bit.

      What a great roundup! I've been meaning to add more chia to my diet, but aside from smoothies I've been kind of stumped as to how to use it. I've bookmarked a bunch of recipes from this list to put on my must-try list... really excited to try out that amazing-looking chia seed dressing!

      This is really helpful. I'm such a wuss when it comes to using chia seeds. Soooooo many good things I need to try. I'm starting with one of those salad dressings and maybe a jam. YUM!
