Recipe Ingredients
- Chicken drumsticks- I like to use organic drumsticks which are still considerably cheaper than other cuts of chicken.
- Paprika - I love cooking with paprika for its light, slightly sweet and peppery flavor.
- Onion powder - I use onion powder in this recipe because I have it in my house always, but you can use equal amounts of white onion, shallot or even dehydrated onion instead.
- Garlic powder - I also use garlic powder because I always have it on hand in my house but you can also equal amount of minced fresh garlic.
- Dried Oregano - I love cooking with oregano in so many savory dishes, it's extremely versatile.
- Extra virgin olive oil - I love my EVOO. Some of those benefits of extra virgin olive oil are that its anti-inflammatory, it may help prevent heart disease and diabetes and may even help to lower cholesterol levels.
