Who doesn't love cookie dough?  And chocolate chip cookies?  No worries here, this dip is safe to eat, doesn't contain any egg at all and it's completely healthy!

This delicious dip is not only healthy but actually really good for you.  It contains all whole, simple ingredients that you most likely have in your house already and tastes delicious.

    Like, crazy delicious.

Grab a spoon a dig right in, guilt free. This time your mother won't tell you that you will get salmonella for eating raw cookie dough!

I like to make sure I always have very ripe bananas in the house for many recipes like banana bread, baked oatmeal and this dip.

If you are looking for a fun dip for the Superbowl, I think you just found it. Cacao is basically raw chocolate bean, without all the milk, sugar and other additives that make up processed chocolate.

Raw cacao is packed with antioxidants that destroy free radicals in your body. These free radicals can accelerate the aging process and may even increase your risk for heart disease and certain cancers.

That basically means cacao has good stuff that fights the bad stuff. Flax seed contains omega-3-fatty-acids, powerful antioxidants and fiber. I love raw honey.

Basically raw honey is honey that has not been processed or treated in any way.

The beauty of this dip is it can be served as an appetizer (and a great healthy alternative to not-so-healthy dishes) or even as a dessert.  And a healthy dessert at that.

Or you could just spoon it out of the container.  Not that I would know anything about that.

Dip what you want in here.... the possibilities are endless. I serve it with pretzels, graham crackers, cookies, celery, apples and berries. They all taste amazing and go perfectly with this dip.

It's also one of those snacks that you can store in the refrigerator for a convenient snack. And if your kids are old enough it's a snack that they can independently get themselves.

I am all about getting the kids to do things for themselves.

I have also made this with and without the cacao powder just recently. It was just as delicious, just less chocolatey.

One of my readers told me they did that because they didn't have any cacao powder in the house and they loved it. I knew I had to try it for myself and report back to you all.

Please always let me know when you change up my recipes! I love to hear different variations and I frequently like to try it that same way too.

This makes the perfect after school snack for the kids.  Just slice up an apple and you are good to go.

And the little ones won't even realize how healthy it is.  Seriously, pretty much anything goes with this dip.  Trust me, I think I've tried everything. 🙂

If you make this delicious dip or any of my other recipes, please come back and let me know. You guys know that I love to hear from you!
