This smoothie is packed with protein, vitamins and nutrients to help keep you full and give you energy to start your day!

I feel like I could post a new smoothie recipe each week.  I am always testing out new ones and I this one is a true favorite.  I love adding Stonyfield Greek yogurt to my smoothies because it adds 15 grams of protein (per 5.3 ounce cup) and it's organic and GMO-FREE too as well.  This is my second year being a Stonyfield Blogger Ambassador and I love every minute of it!  I did write The Greek Yogurt Cookbook, so that must mean something!

Now let me show my new favorite product!  This is a Hamilton Beach Single Serve Blender with Travel Lid.  How smart…they made a blender that also can be used as a cup.  Pure genius!

I have used this blender several times since I received it and I love it. It's super easy, you literally place the ingredients in it and press the button.  I love easy.  And I love this smoothie.

I added chopped apples and more chia and hemp seeds on top because I felt like it.  And I was so happy with the added texture!

I would keep the smoothie simple. Spinach, frozen berries, almond milk, chia seeds, and some plain greek yogurt.

Dear Lauren, Perfect timing. My blender broke a while back and I have yet to replace it. I came across the Hamilton Beach blender, but after this post I think I will pick it up next time I'm out. I love that it is simple and there is no fuss.

The smooth sounds wonderful and refreshing...perfect start to spring. xo, Catherine

I'm recently divorced and ready to focus on myself again. I am just now starting to venture into smoothies and shakes. I have printed several of your recipes. I think I would be so overly ecstatic to win I'd try to make them all in one day. Thank you for the opportunity.
