Ingredients

baby spinach

cucumber
chopped

apple. chopped
leave the skin on
½
cup
chopped pineapple

scoop
protein powder
1
container of Stonyfield plain Greek yogurt

tablespoons
hemp seeds

tablespoons
chia seeds
unsweetened almond milk
optional, add if the mixture is too thick
Instructions
Place all of the ingredients into the
blender
. Blend until smooth. Remove lid and enjoy!
