This smoothie is packed with protein, vitamins and nutrients to help keep you full and give you energy to start your day!

I feel like I could post a new smoothie recipe each week.  I am always testing out new ones and I this one is a true favorite.  I love adding Stonyfield Greek yogurt to my smoothies because it adds 15 grams of protein (per 5.3 ounce cup) and it's organic and GMO-FREE too as well.  This is my second year being a Stonyfield Blogger Ambassador and I love every minute of it!  I did write The Greek Yogurt Cookbook, so that must mean something!

Now let me show my new favorite product!  This is a Hamilton Beach Single Serve Blender with Travel Lid.  How smart…they made a blender that also can be used as a cup.  Pure genius!

I have used this blender several times since I received it and I love it. It's super easy, you literally place the ingredients in it and press the button.  I love easy.  And I love this smoothie.

I added chopped apples and more chia and hemp seeds on top because I felt like it.  And I was so happy with the added texture!

I would make my favorite smoothie: chocolate flavored protein powder with almond milk and blueberries. It looks like the perfect sized blender!

I've never made a green smoothie, but I think it's about time I tried it! I'm thinking kale, cashew or almond milk, stevia, chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, and peppermint extract for a green mint chocolate smoothie.
