This Green Protein Smoothie is a healthy and energizing drink packed with nutrients. Made with spinach which give it that vibrant green color and chia seeds and hemp seeds which are loaded with healthy fats, protein and fiber!
This smoothie is packed with protein, vitamins and nutrients to help keep you full and give you energy to start your day!
I feel like I could post a new smoothie recipe each week. I am always testing out new ones and I this one is a true favorite. I love adding Stonyfield Greek yogurt to my smoothies because it adds 15 grams of protein (per 5.3 ounce cup) and it's organic and GMO-FREE too as well. This is my second year being a Stonyfield Blogger Ambassador and I love every minute of it! I did write The Greek Yogurt Cookbook, so that must mean something!
Now let me show my new favorite product! This is a Hamilton Beach Single Serve Blender with Travel Lid. How smart…they made a blender that also can be used as a cup. Pure genius!
I have used this blender several times since I received it and I love it. It's super easy, you literally place the ingredients in it and press the button. I love easy. And I love this smoothie.
So now check out this delicious, healthy smoothie...

I've never made a green smoothie, but I think it's about time I tried it! I'm thinking kale, cashew or almond milk, stevia, chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, and peppermint extract for a green mint chocolate smoothie.
lauren.kelly
I need to try that Jordan! Love the cocoa and peppermint!
