Perfect for entertaining or just for lazy Sundays watching football, this easy to make, healthy dip will be a huge crowd pleaser!

Disclaimer: I was compensated by Food Should Taste Good to create this recipe. However, like always, the opinions are entirely my own. Promise 🙂

Confession time…I only watch football for the snacks.

    There, I said it.

Don't get me wrong, I grew up in a Jets loving family and then married a crazy Jets fan so I am always rooting for the Jets, but that's about it.  I really hope they win so my husband and kids don't get in bad moods.  And since we are on the topic, I don't get why they get SO angry when their teams lose? I mean, it's disappointing but come on!  It's not like you made a recipe 6 times and it STILL didn't come out right! Now that's infuriating!

Ok, back to fun football snacks.

Spinach Dun Dried Tomato Greek Yogurt Dip is only 20 calories per serving!Pin

I love easy, healthy snacks that can whipped up in no time.  This dip is packed with protein and only has 20 calories per serving so there's no guilt either.  That should make you happy even if your team is losing, right?

I love dunking Food Should Taste Good Tortilla Chips into all of my dips.  They are made with simple ingredients, they're gluten-free, all natural, vegan and GMO free too.  Being GMO-free is really important since many of the corn crops contain GMO's.  These are chips I can feel good about eating.  Added bonus: there's no new years resolutions that will be broken while eating these chips and dip either.

So the next football game that you may or may not be forced to watch or better yet, how about for all of the award shows coming up, make this dip and let me know how much you liked it!

This Spinach Sun Dried Tomato Greek Yogurt Dip is only 20 calories per serving and delicious!Pin

I don't get it either!! Why do sports fans get SO upset when their teams lose? And I'm with ya... the snacks are the best part of any game day 😉 I love those chips and the dip looks fantastic! So creamy... mmm... I could it eat it by the spoonful!

Girl, football's only redeeming quality is the FOOD! I loathe the sport, literally. But chips + dip, wings, all the fun apps, gimme, gimme, gimme. FSTG are my FAVORITE chips ever. The only ones I buy when it comes to tortilla chips and I love that I can actually feel good about eating them. I'd devour the bag with this dip in front of me 🙂
