    As many of you know, I love my fruits and vegetables! I love getting cooking and baking with all types of fresh, local produce. Take advantage of your local farmers markets! Those fruits, vegetables and spices will be at the peak freshness. Just browsing these recipes makes me want to get to my market and start cooking now! 🙂

      My favorite fruits in summer are nectarines, plums and cherries! I love that I've got some zucchini, eggplant, fennel and even jalapeño growing in my garden!
