Steak Fajitas

Healthy and loaded with flavor, these Steak Fajitas are easily made in the crock pot with just 5 simple ingredients!

Ingredients

  • pounds sliced steak I used flank steak
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper sliced
  • ½ onion sliced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons fajita seasoning

Instructions

  • Add the meat, peppers and onions to the crock pot.
  • Sprinkle the fajita seasoning over the mixture and stir to combine.
  • Add the beef broth to the mixture and stir again.
  • Cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 4-5 hours.
  • Serve on lettuce wraps or with a side of cauliflower rice.

Notes

To store in the refrigerator: Place in an airtight container in for up to 5 days.
If serving with wraps (lettuce or tortilla) make sure you store them separately from the steak fajita mixture or. they will become soggy.
