Steak Fajitas
Healthy and loaded with flavor, these Steak Fajitas are easily made in the crock pot with just 5 simple ingredients!

- 2½ pounds sliced steak I used flank steak
- 1 red bell pepper sliced
- 1 green bell pepper sliced
- ½ onion sliced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoons fajita seasoning
Add the meat, peppers and onions to the crock pot.
Sprinkle the fajita seasoning over the mixture and stir to combine.
Add the beef broth to the mixture and stir again.
Cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 4-5 hours.
Serve on lettuce wraps or with a side of cauliflower rice.
To store in the refrigerator: Place in an airtight container in for up to 5 days.
If serving with wraps (lettuce or tortilla) make sure you store them separately from the steak fajita mixture or. they will become soggy.
