Simple to make, light and crunchy, these Cheesy Almond Flour Crackers make the perfect low carb snack!
Course: Appetizer, brunch, meatless, Snack
Servings: 30 crackers
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon flax meal and 2 tablespoon water
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast, or 1-2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese if not vegan
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  1. Preheat oven to 375 °F.

  2. Set all the ingredients in a big bowl. Stirring well until a smooth dough forms.

  3. Transfer dough to a large piece of parchment paper and cover it with another piece of parchment paper that is the same size.

  4. Using a rolling pin, roll out the dough up and down and to the sides. It should be about ¼ inch thick.

  5. Optional: spread extra oregano on top of the dough if desired.

  6. Cut the dough in squares of your desired size. It yields about 30 crackers of 1 square inch cracker.

  7. Before baking, make sure to leave some space between the crackers for them not to stick to each other.

  8. Transfer the cracker with the baking paper onto a baking tray.

  9. Bake them 10-15 minutes or until they are edges are golden brown.
