Maple Coconut Pistachios with Hemp Seeds

Servings: 1 cup roasted pistachios

Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon 100% maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup in-shell pistachios
  • 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Mix all of the ingredients except the hemp seeds together in a medium bowl.
  4. Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes, making sure to stir after 10 minutes.
  5. *Note: check the pistachios after 10 minutes to prevent them from burning. Every oven is different.
  6. Sprinkle hemp seeds on top of pistachios immediately after you remove from oven.
  7. Allow to cool before eating.
