Ingredients

gluten free oats
¼
cup
ground flax

peanut butter

cup
milk
I used unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk

teaspoon
baking powder

teaspoon
salt

very ripe banana
mashed

teaspoon
cinnamon
¼
cup
100% maple syrup
¼
cup

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Spray a
baking dish
or
pie dish
with cooking spray or rub with coconut oil.
Mix all the ingredients together except chocolate chips until combined.
Add chocolate chips and mix again.
Place mixture into prepared baking dish and bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown and completely set.
Allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing, Enjoy!
Notes
To store: Place in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
To reheat: Place in oven safe dish in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
