Frozen Yogurt Almond Butter Cups

With just three simple ingredients, these Frozen Yogurt Almond Butter Cups are simple to make, healthy and delicious!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups full fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 ½ teaspoons Now Foods Vanilla Stevia
  • ¼ cup natural almond butter
  • 2-3 tablespoons sugar free chocolate chips for topping, optional

Instructions

  • In a medium sized bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt and stevia until throughly combined.
  • Add almond butter and stir again until swirly.
  • Spoon yogurt mixture into molds (or muffin tins) and freeze for 2-3 hours until frozen solid.

Notes

To store: Place in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 3 months.
You can add blueberries, other sliced fruit, chopped nuts etc instead of the chocolate chips.
