Zucchini Noodles with Parmesan
Dinner, Low carb, Gluten-free, Wheat-free
- 4 zucchini
- 2-3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 Tablespoon grapeseed oil
- salt and black pepper to taste
- 3 Tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Cut zucchini into thin, noodle-like strips using a peeler or mandolin.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.
Add zucchini and garlic; cook and stir until just tender, about 5 minutes.
Season to taste with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
