Green Protein Smoothie

  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • ½ cucumber chopped
  • ½ apple. chopped leave the skin on
  • ½ cup chopped pineapple
  • 1 5.3 ounce container of Stonyfield plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • water or milk optional, add if the mixture is too thick


  • Place all of the ingredients into the blender. Blend until smooth. Remove lid and enjoy!
