Green Protein Smoothie

Ingredients

cup
baby spinach
½
cucumber
chopped
½
apple. chopped
leave the skin on
½
cup
chopped pineapple
1 5.3
ounce
container of Stonyfield plain Greek yogurt
1
tablespoon
hemp seeds
1
tablespoon
chia seeds
water or milk
optional, add if the mixture is too thick
Instructions
Place all of the ingredients into the
blender
. Blend until smooth. Remove lid and enjoy!
