Blueberry Pomegranate Chia Seed Jam

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen Cascadian Farms blueberries
  • ½ cup pomegranate arils
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup honey or sweetener of choice

Instructions

  • Leave frozen blueberries on counter to defrost for 45-60 minutes.
  • Place all the ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend slightly. (I left a few chunks of fruit).
  • Pour into a jar or airtight container and place in the refrigerator for at least an hour to set.

Notes

To store: Place in airtight container (I use a mason jar) in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
