Ingredients

personal sized watermelon
cubed (approximately 2 cups)
juice from 1 lime

cups
of ice
¼
cup
fresh mint leaves
torn
½
cup
vodka
optional
Instructions
Slice a small, personal sized watermelon is half and spoon out watermelon.
Put watermelon and lime juice into blender and process on medium. It will turn to liquid very quickly.
Add ice. Less ice will make it more liquid-y, more ice will make it thicker.
Add mint and vodka (if using) and blend again until desired consistency.
Pour and serve with more fresh mint. Enjoy!
