Chamomile Latte

Ingredients

  • 2 cups hot water
  • 7 tablespoons dried chamomile flowers
  • ½ teaspoon liquid monk fruit or 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups almond milk
  • pinch cinnamon
  • ice if desired

Instructions

  • Steep the chamomile in the hot water for 10 minutes. Discard the chamomile flowers. 
  • Add the monk fruit (or honey) and vanilla extract and stir to combine. 
  • Pour the tea into 4 glasses, until ⅓ Full. Add ice and top with milk. Stir to combine. 
  • Sprinkle with cinnamon on top. 

Notes

  • This recipe is incredibly refreshing and oh so delicious! 
  • If you layer tea at the bottom, then ice and finish with the milk you get those beautiful milk swirls.
