Low Carb Salted Pecan Dark Chocolate Bark
  • 9 ounces sugar free chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 cup Now Foods Raw Pecans
  • coarse salt
  1. Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil using a double boiler or directly in a saucepan over a medium heat, making sure to stir constantly.

  2. Add pecans and mix well.

  3. Line baking tray with parchment paper. Pour chocolate- pecan mixture onto parchment and spread evenly.

  4. Sprinkle with salt and place in the freezer for at least a half hour to harden.

  5. Break into pieces.  Store in the refrigerator or freezer.
