Avocado Chia Pudding
Dessert, Gluten-free, Wheat-free
  • 1 ripe avocado peeled and diced
  • 2 Tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
  • 1/2 oz unsweetened baking chocolate
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon chia seed ground
  • 1/2 teaspoon stevia or how much you'd like to sweeten you can use honey if not low carb
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  1. Place all ingredients in blender, mix until smooth. This will be thick and creamy just like a regular pudding!
