Peanut Butter Oat Flax Bites

Servings: 20 balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dry oats
  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips or chopped cranberries, raisins, cherries or other nuts
  • ½ cup natural peanut butter or sunflower seed butter, cashew butter or almond butter
  • ½ cup ground flaxseed
  • cup honey
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Instructions

  • Stir all ingredients together in a medium bowl until thoroughly mixed.
  • Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  • Roll into balls. You can also place into a 9 x 9 pan and slice into bite size squares.
  • Store in an airtight container and keep refrigerated for up to 1 week. Makes about 20 balls.
