Place tea bag into boiling water in a mason jar and allow to steep for 5 minutes.
Remove tea bag.
Add blood orange juice and chia seeds. Cover and shake well.
Place in the refrigerator to cool for at least an hour.
Drink before a workout or to fight the afternoon slump.
Notes
These will last a couple of days in the refrigerator. Remember that chia seeds expand so you might have to add a small amount of liquid and stir again.
