  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons ground flax seed
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 1 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup gluten free oats
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender until smooth and enjoy!
