This Ginger Teriyaki Filet will be ready in minutes and will impress your guests!
Ginger Teriyaki Filet

  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger root minced
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1/4 cup liquid aminos or soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon liquid Monk Fruit or sweetener or choice
  • 1 1/2 pounds top sirloin filets
  1. In a small bowl, mix water, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, honey and cornstarch. Stir thoroughly to ensure the cornstarch has been mixed in well.
  2. Place the steak in a zip top bag and pour the marinade on top. Make sure the bag is sealed and shake until well blended.
  3. Place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  4. When ready to cook the steaks, remove them from the bag and discard the leftover marinade.
  5. Place steaks on a preheated grill pan and cook on each side for about 6-8 minutes, until you reach your desired degree of doneness.
  6. *The internal temperature should read at least 145 degrees.
