This Pumpkin Mousse is dairy-free, gluten-free and takes 5 minutes to make. It's packed with vitamins and minerals and makes a healthy snack! @LoveMySilk @TopItTuesday
Pumpkin Mousse

  • 1 cup Silk Vanilla Dairy-Free Yogurt Alternative
  • 1 15 ounce can pumpkin
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup 100% maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  1. In a medium bowl, mix all of the ingredients together until completely combined.
  2. Serve immediately or you can refrigerate and allow it to thicken a bit.
  3. Store in an air tight container in the refrigerator for 3-5 days.
