Pomegranate Brie Pistachio Phyllo Cups

Ingredients

mini phyllo cups
¼
cup
pomegranate seeds
2
ounces
brie cheese
¼
cup
dry roasted and salted Pistachio pieces
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Line a
baking sheet
with
parchment paper
and place phyllo cups on top.
Place a small amount of pomegranates in each cup.
Then slice a small piece of brie and some pistachios in each shell.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese has melted.
Serve immediately!
Notes
To store, place in airtight container and store for up to 5 days. You might have to place back in the oven to crisp them up.
