Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon dried culinary lavender
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • cup Bob's Red Mill Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup optional, or sugar free sweetener of choice
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions

  • Place all of the ingredients in
    blender and blend until smooth.

Notes

This is best if you drink it right away. You can store for a few hours in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
