Peanut Butter Banana Nice Cream

  • 3-4 frozen bananas cut in half
  • 1/2 cup Silk Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/3 vegan chocolate chips optional
  1. In a high powdered blender, add frozen bananas, almond milk, maple syrup and peanut butter.
  2. Start on low setting and slowly increase to higher setting, making sure to scrape the sides.
  3. Blend until thoroughly mixed.
  4. Pour into baking dish or container and add in chocolate chips if desired.
  5. You can eat it right away or freeze in airtight container if eating later.
