Ingredients

oats

almond milk

chia seeds

teaspoon
100% maple syrup

teaspoon
cinnamon

teaspoon
pumpkin spice
blend of nutmeg, cinnamon, allspice

cup
pumpkin puree
not pumpkin pie filling

scoops protein powder
pumpkin seeds
pepitas for topping
Instructions
Place all of the ingredients except for pumpkin seeds in a small bowl or jar.
Stir well and cover.
Place in the refrigerator overnight.
Top with pumpkin seeds.
Eat and enjoy!
Notes
To store: Place in an airtight container or mason jar and store in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
