Ingredients
  • 1 pound shredded white cabbage
  • 1 ⁄2 cup shredded carrots
  • 13 ⁄4 cups nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 ⁄2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 ⁄4 cup unrefined sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons dried minced onion
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine the cabbage and carrots.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the remaining ingredients.
  3. Pour the Greek yogurt mixture over the cabbage and carrots. Mix well and chill for 30 minutes before serving.
