Chamomile Latte

- 2 cups hot water
- 7 tablespoons dried chamomile flowers
- ½ teaspoon liquid monk fruit or 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups almond milk
- pinch cinnamon
- ice if desired
Steep the chamomile in the hot water for 10 minutes. Discard the chamomile flowers.
Add the monk fruit (or honey) and vanilla extract and stir to combine.
Pour the tea into 4 glasses, until ⅓ Full. Add ice and top with milk. Stir to combine.
Sprinkle with cinnamon on top.

- If you layer tea at the bottom, then ice and finish with the milk you get those beautiful milk swirls.
