Green Tea Matcha Chia Pudding Parfait

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 teaspoons 100% maple syrup, optional
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon green tea matcha powder
  • 4 tablespoons chia seeds
  • pineapple chunks and unsweeteend coocnut for topping

Instructions

  • Place the first four ingredients in a blender and blend for 30 seconds.
  • Pour into a bowl and stir in chia seeds. Mix well and cover with a lid.
  • It may look watery, but allow it to sit overnight (or at least a few hours) for it to thicken.
  • After it thickens, arrange in layers for parfait. Enjoy!
