Green Tea Matcha Chia Pudding Parfait

Ingredients
1
cup
unsweetened almond milk
2
teaspoons
100% maple syrup,
optional
1
teaspoon
pure vanilla extract
1
teaspoon
green tea matcha powder
4
tablespoons
chia seeds
pineapple chunks and unsweeteend coocnut for topping
Instructions
Place the first four ingredients in a blender and blend for 30 seconds.
Pour into a bowl and stir in chia seeds. Mix well and cover with a lid.
It may look watery, but allow it to sit overnight (or at least a few hours) for it to thicken.
After it thickens, arrange in layers for parfait. Enjoy!
