Skinny Vanilla Cheesecake Dip

Light, fluffy and simple to make, this Skinny Vanilla Cheesecake Dip will be your new, favorite, healthy snack! Made with just 4 simple ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces cream cheese softened
  • ¼ cup powdered erythritol/monk fruit blend
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 9 ounces truwhip Original Frozen Topping thawed, or whipped topping of choice

Instructions

  • Mix together the cream cheese and erythritol until well combined. 
  • Add the vanilla and TruWhip and stir to throughly combine. 
  • Chill in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.

Notes

Serve chilled after refrigerating for at least an hour.
To store: Place in airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
