Avocado Chia Pudding

This delicious Avocado Chocolate Pudding is sugar free, dairy free, low carb, decadent and delicious!

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado peeled and diced
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
  • ½ oz unsweetened baking chocolate
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon chia seed ground
  • ½ teaspoon stevia or how much you'd like to sweeten you can use honey if not low carb
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in blender, mix until smooth. This will be thick and creamy just like a regular pudding!

Notes

Feel free to store in the refrigerator until read to eat. Store in airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
