Detox Carrot Drink

Ingredients

  • 7 carrots you can peel if you'd like but I keep them unpeeled
  • ½ orange peeled
  • ½ apple
  • ½ lemon
  • ½ inch turmeric root
  • ½ inch ginger root
  • 1 teaspoon raw apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  • Place everything in high speed blender or juice and pulse to desired consistency. If you are not using a juicer, you might need to add a little water or even almond milk to get it to pulse.

Notes

This juice will help get you back on track, reduce bloat and help fight off those germs.  It also taste delicious too (which is always a bonus!)
Feel free to add some stevia, honey or 100% maple syrup if you need to add some sweetness.  I think it's perfect the way it is but everyone has different tastes.
