Red White and Blue Chia Pudding Greek Yogurt Parfaits

Ingredients
First layer:
1
cup
strawberries
1
tablespoon
chia seeds
chopped strawberries
Middle layer:
1
cup
Stonyfield plain Greek yogurt
Top Layer:
1
cup
blueberries
1
tablespoon
chia seeds
1
tablespoon
blueberries
Instructions
In a blender, mix together 1 cup strawberries and chia seeds and blend for a minute.
Pour into a mason jar or glass. Top with extra chopped strawberries if you'd like.
If you'd like to have he layered look, let sit in the freezer for 10 minutes to set.
Add cup of Greek yogurt.
Let sit in the freezer for 10 minutes until set.
Making sure the blender is clean, blend together cup of blueberries and chia seeds for a minute.
Pour on top of Greek yogurt. Top with blueberries.
