Ingredients
½
cup
natural peanut butter
or almond butter
½
cup
100% maple syrup
can use honey but it won't be vegan anymore
½
teaspoon
pure vanilla extract
1
cup
oats
¼
cup
ground flax seed
½
cup
crispy brown rice cereal
¼
cup
mini chocolate chips
¼
teaspoon
mint extract
¼
cup
green tea matcha powder
Instructions
Mix all of the ingredients together in a
medium size bowl
until thoroughly combined.
Place the bowl in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes to harden.
Remove from the refrigerator and roll into 1 inch balls.
Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 5 days (if they last that long!)
