Pomegranate Brie Pistachio Phyllo Cups

  • 15 mini phyllo cups
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 2 ounces brie cheese
  • 1/4 cup dry roasted and salted Pistachio pieces
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place phyllo cups on top.
  3. Place a small amount of pomegranates in each cup.
  4. Then slice a small piece of brie and some pistachios in each shell.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese has melted.
  6. Serve immediately!
