Coconut Water Ginger Lemonade

Ingredients
  • 2 liters coconut water
  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup grated ginger
  • 1/2 cup coconut nectar
  • 1 cup ice
  • lemon slices
  • mint leaves
Instructions
  1. Place the first four ingredients in a large pitcher.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Add lemon slices and torn mint leaves.
  4. Allow to sit in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  5. Garnish with extra lemon slices and mint leaves.
