Roasted Chickpea Trail Mix

Ingredients
  • 2 cups roasted chickpeas
  • 1 cup cashews
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chipss
  • 1/2 cup dried tart cherries
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup puffed brown rice
  • 1/2 cup dried apricots
Instructions
  1. Completely cool roasted chickpeas.
  2. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
  3. Separate into individual containers or resealable bags containing 1/4 cup each.
