Mixed Berry Oatmeal Cups

Ingredients
2
cups
gluten free oats
¼
cup
Now Foods Organic Triple Omega Seed Mix
½
cup
almond milk
1
teaspoon
baking powder
½
teaspoon
salt
1
very ripe banana
mashed
1
teaspoon
cinnamon
¼
cup
100% maple syrup
¼
cup
chopped dried fruit
I used cranberries, blueberries and tart cherries
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Grease a muffin tin with
coconut oil
or spray with baking spray..
Mix all the ingredients together except dried fruit until combined.
Add dried fruit and mix again.
Place mixture into prepared
muffin tin
and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and completely set.
Allow to cool for a few minutes before removing from tin, Enjoy!
