No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Granola Bars

Ingredients
1 ½
cups
gluten free oats
or whatever oats you'd like if you aren't gluten-free
¼
cup
cacao powder
½
cup
peanut butter
⅓
cup
+ 1 tablespoon honey
¼
cacao nibs
can also use chocolate chips or dried fruit
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients except cacao nibs in a medium bowl thoroughly.
Add cacao nibs until combined.
Line a 8 x 8 inch
baking pan
with parchment paper.
Spread mixture into pan and smooth out evenly.
Place into refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to set.
Cut into 8 bars. ENJOY!
Notes
To store: place in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
